The PLX Learning & Development Career Pathway introduces students to a field that exists in nearly every major organization—but is rarely visible to students before they enter the workforce.
Students explore careers such as training, instructional design, talent development, workforce development, learning technology, and organizational learning while building practical skills through applied projects and career-connected experiences.
The program is designed to help districts expand career readiness options while giving students experience with communication, design, technology, business thinking, and performance improvement.

Professional Development for Capability Building
PLX professional development is designed to strengthen the capabilities educators and leaders need to carry out district priorities—not simply deliver another training event.
We focus on practical skills that help teams improve how work gets done, solve recurring problems, implement change, strengthen leadership practices, and build more consistent systems across campuses and departments.
Engagements can be delivered as targeted workshops, leadership sessions, multi-session learning experiences, or capability-building series aligned to a district's specific goals.

Campus Capability & Improvement
Formerly the SustainED Campus Success Initiative
Campus Capability & Improvement (CCI) helps districts strengthen the conditions that make sustained improvement possible.
Rather than treating performance challenges as isolated problems, CCI examines the systems behind them—including leadership capability, culture, academic practices, operations, implementation routines, and the processes that support day-to-day work.
PLX works with district and campus leaders to identify root causes, establish priorities, strengthen capability, and build practical improvement structures that teams can continue using over time.
